Let me re-phrase the question:

Does the hidden coin holder have a light in it?

Thanks, I thought it did, but when I open my coin holder at night, there is no light.

With the lights on at night, push the ash tray and let it pop out. Pull it toward you, past the detent, and you will see the light (no pun intended.) TBW

BTW, if you can live without the light i'd recommend it. I've taken my dash apart first hard and this may be the single most annoying pain in the asses to put back in / together.

My light doesn't work either. I don't think I will try to fix that! Seems like more trouble than it is worth.
