I agree the dealer is not the appropriate place for them. But I ran out of options. They did the diagnostic. and the car safely home I'm looking for parts to fix it.

 

Here is an update. Top would not go down. I found the part here on the forum that I need the central door lock module and replaced it. Truly took 10 mins to install. Works great. Just 1 small problem. Now the seat won't move! Aahhhh. Thanks for all the info.
