New overview of my problem. Right side turn signals and green signal arrow on the dash board come on when I connect my battery terminals. Left blinker works normally. Push the hazard button and all proper lights come on but do not blink or make a clicking sound? I am guessing that my problem is either the blinker module on the steering column or the hazard lights button in the center console. Any input would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Swimman!

 

Page 8L-17 in the service manual is the front right lamp 8L-66 is the back right they all refer to the multi function switch(blinker). I saw one on eBay for about $80.00.
