no start after t/s battery drain by removing fuses
I was trying to isolate which system is draining my battery by removing each fuse 1 at a time and watching amp draw
after checking fuses car wont start cranks but no start. is there something I have to reset

Are you sure you got all of the fuses back properly? Also, hopefully you didn't cause an electrical spike. Usually, the battery draining is caused by the old internal batteries in the alarm siren leaking and shorting out.
If you disconnect the battery, reconnect it and get two almost starts and then nothing, it is probably the screem. Josh Chase at MSS checks and repairs them.
