They should have a swatch book - each swatch has a hole in it so they can over lay it on the car and get an absolute match. Take the car when the daylight is good.

They did a good match to my car - which has all kinds of sparkles and freckles in the paint. Their match seemed pretty much on the nose too, and is better with their lacquer applied on top. There is a disclaimer - the match may never be 100% spot on - so do a test first.

I had purchaced the Duplicolor graphite metalic touch up pen (car's color code PDR) because the spray was not available any where, for my '04 Crossfire for a few minor chips and a deep scratch in the rear quarter panel. It seemed to match when I first applied it, but once it dried it was at least five shades lighter than the rest of the car's paint and stuck out like a sore thumb. So I did a lot of research and was finally able to find an exact match at AutoZone. The funny thing about this is that the matching duplicolor aerosol spray paint is for Honda. The color name is Graphite gray metallic. The duplicolor part number is BHA0928.

I hope this helps anyone that is having trouble matching, much less finding the touch up spray paint under the Chrysler color code.
