Yeah, because the Chrysler 'wing' is soooo non-descriptive!

No one out there knows anything about our cars. It's kinda a shame; doesn't do much for resale value! On the other hand, though, that's why I bought one (actually 2!), it certainly is unique, there's nothing else like it (unless you consider the Solstice or, heaven forbid, the new Thunderbird as replacements!).
I don't mind Fords; I've driven plenty, still own a Merc. Cougar, & loved my Probe GT but nowadays I've become a huge Xfire fan

He know it was a Chrysler, but I think he was referring to the underlying car (was it based on a Ford model?).
That said, the Chrysler wing does look somewhat similar to the Ford Thunderbird wing:

ok, you said he knew it was a chrysler. i've had 2 people ask me if it were a ford. they told me afterwards that they thought it was a thunderbird due to the wings
