Hi, going to be lurking
Hi folks,
Im going to be lurking on the forums as we are seriously considering a Crossfire. I always like to say hello on a forum i use as just by reading you strt to feel you know everyone.
Yuor cars in my opinion are the best looking machines on the road and I cant believe we may have one very soon.
One last thing, some of the adverts ive been seeing say Xenon lights others dont mention them. Were these and option or standard or not available at all?
All the best
Cheers

Thanks for the Welcome guys.
Unfortunately im in the UK so im guessing that the help will have to be via the forum.
However, input from you guys will be invaluable especislly with regard to what to watch out for in particular.
I have just been to see a Crossfire coupe in black, 2004 model with 33k on the clock.
Previously only one owner however, this wasnt looked after like I would have done, with many scratches on the various bits of trim and some very light curbing on the alloys. Sounded great when I started it though!
The inside door handle metalic look trim was damaged in one place to reveal the plastic below and there were some deep scratching on the kick plates.
Lots of marks on the interior generally which could be cleaned up but not what I was looking for in a car that was this age and mileage.
Maybe ill start another thread on my progress.
Ive got to wait for my PT cruiser to come back from the bodyshop before I can make a definate move on a crossfire as some kind soul decided to restyle the rear door with thier land rover while I was parked up.
Cheers
Jonathan
