It was good the see everyone too. A great day - and I managed a complete orbit of London on the M25!

 

Great to catch up with everyone again and nice to see some new faces and cars too! Its definitely a venue we should put on the calendar for next year!

Plenty of pictures to post, but it may take a time to to process them (especially as some of them are on film) Here's one a couple from the Club House.

Just wanted to say how much Mark and I enjoyed Sunday...it was great to see the cars and everyone at a great venue. They used to say in the Honda adverts 'You meet the nicest people on a Honda' ...they were wrong 'You meet the nicest people with a Crossfire!)

Love the pic's of the cars at the banked track and the club house. Wish we'd stayed around to join in on those.
That will teach us to go early. DOH !!!

Still there's always next year if it's a regular visit

 

It was a good day, and the people at Brroklands didn’t seem to mind us taking over the space outside the clubhouse for a brief photo session. We were asked to move on when the bikes were returning, but it was all very cordial. It was a good day, and I hope there is a return visit there.

 

Yes, it was a great venue with a relaxed atmosphere with a refreshing lack of officialdom! We should definitely return next year and if we get our act together we should be able arrange access to the actual banking.

Both Flickr and Google Maps have out of date imagery. If you use Google Earth, you can see Mercedes World partly under construction.

The screen shot is more recent imagery than that used by default by Google.
