I have just returned from the Ace Cafe, with my mate Geoff in tow, only to find that the meeting was yesterday, note to myself is check the calander, and go on the right day doh. having said that there were a few interesting vehicles there and we had a nice mug of coffee and a huge chunk of cake, it rained all the way there and back and we even had snow, what a numpty!

 

I nearly made the same mistake. Took the guys at work to convince me that the 3rd was a saturday.

what a shame i missed it,was convinced it was today, i even got back from work early yesterday amd gave the car a good polish, and it was such a sunny day too. . . shucks!

 

Most meets are on a Sunday, and some are on Sat and Sunday too! Sorry you got caught out with this one! Even worse after all that cleaning and the bad weather!!! Looking forward to catching up next time
