We and others nearly ended up in the same predicament.

It was our first event and so didn't know anyone or who we were looking for, we were aware that the planned departure time from MBW was 10.30 so we just kept an eye on the car park and looked for people gathering around the Crossfires outside.

I guess we were lucky!
