Meguiars Scratch X2.0 and that will buff out in no time flat. You may have to lean on the buffer a bit and use an abrasive pad though.

I think it hit a lamp post or telegraph pole... hard!

Looks like a sideways impact into a pole
Unfortunately this is a right hand driver (UK) so I hope they were not killed in the crash

Driver's seat is damaged but is it bad enough to have killed...? Maybe a broken leg and a nasty headache!
What I don't get is why it's being offered for repair??!! - surely just not worth it - no-one but a breaker would buy it off the ins.co...?
There's a thought - maybe it wasn't insured when it crashed...?!
