I was a little surprised to find that on the plate on the inside of the door that although my car is an 06 reg it was actually manufactured in September 04, would be interested to hear if other peoples cars also have a similar gaps where they stood somewhere waiting to be sold and 1st registered.
Also according to my vin and the last 5 numbers my car is number 42573 to be built which when looking at ebay america where they tend to add the vin number in their adverts I can see my car does does fall into the numbers that were built in 2004 and cars advertised as 2005 models being in the 50k mark as manufactured in that year.
Feeling a little cheated lol.....
