Confirmed KMR-D558BT will work in UK/Europe, just ordered one from a supplier in Tampa for about $165 inc postage and duties, a bargain !

Ive been looking at the SDSC site too. Bit expensive but I was tempted by the SRT they had. It disappeared before I could get enough money together for it though.
Hopefully I can find a nice Crossfire at a good price soon so I can join the club properly

Hi, they are expensive but all the Crossfires they had when I visited were in very good condition. My one is without doubt a 10/10, he didn't have any less than 8/10 in my view. Good thing is he sells them at his prices and he is a keen car fan, not just a salesman. Best of luck in your search, I'm over the moon with mine!

Keep looking - they are out there.
If you have the budget, reputable dealers like SDSC are certainly worth serious consideration.
That SRT was one of the best - used to belong to one of UKCrossfires leading lights - just goes to show, if a nice rarity is the right car for you, you have to jump quickly!

Ah so it was worth the extra then?

Kind of wish I had the money but clearly wasnt destined to have that one. The right one is out there. Maybe Ill find it this weekend.

I was not aware that the automatic was a problem :
its not the trouble automatic its rare manual v6 model drives really well

Does look quite cheap. Wonder why. Seems to be a dealer so would expect it to be a higher price
Is there a problem with autos? Haven't seen that mentioned anywhere

No problem to my knowledge.
Some are not happy with how slow it changes gears, they get the TCU tune from EuroCharged.

Are manuals not good in the low gears?
Tested one of each so far and gearbox wasn't good on either but they weren't well looked after cars

first to second shift on manuals seems to be a frequent complaint here on the forum. I wouldn't know, mines an automatic.
