Probably not, as the assemblies for LH & RH have different part numbers :

There is no such thing as aftermarket headlights for a Crossfire, old dealer stock or used car parts are the only options, either way it's a bunch of $$$$$
( also, used units are somewhat rare, as most collisions are front end on our cars for some reason )
