Autoelectician needed
Two things, the blinking lights are most likely caused by leaking internal batteries in the alarm itself shorting out and you are correct , you are missing the rubber covers for the headlights that seals out water.
The random blinking of lights should stop. Mine did when I disconnected my siren. The only time they will blink is when you unlock/lock the car and engage the panic button or the alarm goes off. There will be no audible sound due to the siren being unplugged.
I apologize if I was unclear above.
It still can be have faith. We are here to help.

Alarm Sounding
Okay I'm thinking of getting the garage to disconnect the alarm if theres a good chance that will stop the indicator lights flashing as well. Anything information i need to inform the garage of or be specific about when I ask them to disconnect the alarm?
Lights
Do you think it would be worth just getting seals for the lights first or would used headlights be better. Im guessing the seals are easy to put on.
Thank you everyone for your help. Very much appreciated.

I would ask them to be careful on the connector removal some have broken the locking mechanism by being too rough.
I would try to get the covers. You can put an add on the market place portion of the forum. Someone maybe able to help.
No problem. That is one of the reasons this forum exist.

The seals just snap on, if you can find them. Best bet is someone that has headlights damaged in an accident or a salvage yard. Replacement lights are very expensive. Unplugging the alarm just means it will not sound an audible alarm. To unplug it the just need to remove the wipers, undo the cowl screws, remove the cowl and unplug the connector from the siren in the center of the firewall, then reinstall. Not a big job.
By what I can tell that it is all one piece and you are unable to buy the covers individually. I am referencing PDF page 91 or page 8-1105 in the 2005 crossfire parts catalog available on this forum for download.

Someone may sell you them off the forum out of a wrecked or a parts car. You can use the marketplace area of the forum for this.

So apparently it is just the fusebox thats causing the bulbs blowing. Will a used fusebox from a 05 crossfire be okay for a 06 crossfire?
he has disconnected the alarm so thats now solved.

I know there is a difference in the illumination controls for some cars due to a rear fog light requirement. I know your car is a right hand drive. Does your country require the rear fog lights?
This is what I found for export. I honestly don't know if it matters if it is right hand or left hand drive.
Chrysler part number 05133490AA,
MB Part number 1705450304 again I can't tell if this is comparable with your European model.
I also wanted to make sure that it is the fuse compartment on the inside of the vehicle correct?
I know there are a lot of great people here from around the world I hope they will chime in and lead us to more certainty on these part numbers and comparability.

I have just started to read this thread and find it confusing. Let me state some facts, they may have been covered already.
All the fuses for the lights are in the fuse panel inside the dash.
The siren fuse is under the bonnet (hood).
I cannot see a jumped fuse in the photo nor an extra fuse, if a fuse position was not required then that position was left blank.
Flashing lights for lock/unlock are activated by the CLP/SSM in the boot (trunk). That does not mean there is something wrong with it if the siren is on the blink. 😉
There should be covers over the headlight bulb access holes. You could make your own if you found some caps from plastic piping end caps, large bottle caps etc and and tape to make a tight fit, you could make your own just using Gorilla tape, duct tape etc. Just use some imagination.

As 180 said that is interesting. For it to be under the hood. A lot of the power for the lamps is routed through the illumination control. I would ensure that it is the fuse panel under the hood before we proceed.
