Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help me. I need my RCM repaired and overhauled, does anyone know of someone who could do this within the UK or will I need to buy a new or reconditioned one from elsewhere, many thanks, Tommy

 

It's a specialty that few offer. I'd buy a new one and send the bad one to DJ in Arizona, USA.
Unless someone over there can do it.

Hi, thanks for help and advice, bought one online and received it this morning, plugged it in and the crossfire started no problem with no warning lights on the dash and the spoiler dropped into position and can come out of park. All is fine now, just need to get it moted 🤞

Can I ask what you did with your old unit? I am having issues with mine and am considering getting a used "donor" unit and salvaging the relays from the used unit. Minimum order for new relays in the UK is a box of 20 for £150.00

Thinking of asking tighed1 if he will get Santa to drop one of for me on the 25th December. LOL

10 Does any one knows something about this:Relay Control Module ( RCM ), we are seeing these original modules fail now on slk320, slk32, and all Crossfires causing issues with Engine Starting, Engine Fan Speed, 2ndary Air Injection Pump, Fuel Pump Power, Horns and Supercharger engagement (on SLK32 and SRT6). This is the new plug and play replacement module. No programming required.

 

I yours failing? If not, most of us carry a spare (plug and play install). If yours is failing, replace it and send the old one to tighed1 form rebuild, about 60 bucks. Reference post # 3 in this string.
