SoCal Crossfires - April 26, 2008 Cars & Coffee, Coastal Cruise
a few more...
Unfortunately I didn't get any pics driving through the canyon - needed both hands to drive and even then didn't stay in one lane (my tires & brakes didn't mind)

Ah Paradise Cove. The reason why I was late leaving was because I was stopped at Check Point Charlie by the attendent. He held his orange flag in front of me so I stopped to find out what was going on. He wanted to know why we were all driving the same car. Probably meant to ask why we were all driving the same colored car.

southern cali auto exotica pics are a favorite passtime. thanks for posting your events out there.

Here's a few pics I shot, including a rear view mirror shot while zipping up the 405 FWY on our way to Marina Del Rey and, since brhertel had to miss this little cruise, a shot of the grad ceremonies at Pepperdine University as we passed by (I think brhertel is the 37th person from the left, 7th row from the top
)
Of course when I got home I realized I had totally forgotten about my HeroMotorsports camera, which would have been awesome to use on Latigo Canyon Rd with the two SRT6s chasing me through the tight twisty canyon road. Still kicking myself for leaving it at home. Big dummy.

Hey all So. Cal Xfire owners,
I'm organizing a trip to Riverside International Automotive Museum on Saturday May 17th. If anyone is interested in joining me, we could meet at my house in Riverside then all drive over to the museum a couple of miles away.

Since traffic shouldn't be a problem Sat morning I'd say it's a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive tops for me. I'll plan on 2 hours just to be safe. So....what's the proposed meeting time? Do you need me to bring anything like eats and drinks?
