Default Meguiar's Trip?

Sorry I dont remember who it was but I remember someone having a hook-up at Meguiar's in orange county. I was wondering if we could plan another event there soon?

With summer coming up I'd love to learn how to do a detail on my baby.

EDIT: Just remembered it was Mike-In-Orange who set this up last time..

Yep, that was me and I actually work here at Meguiar's.

We do free detailing clinics every other Saturday through the summer, but we're already booked up until June!!! Yeah, these are pretty darn popular.

We also do Open Garage sessions every other Thursday - had one last night as a matter of fact - where you can come down and play with all of our products, learn how to use a D/A buffer, etc. It doesn't have the classroom "theory" portion but it does have a lot more hands on time. We don't have the time or space for you to do a complete detail on your car, but we can show you what you need to know. These are also free, start around 5:30PM and go to about 10:00PM or so.

So I did my first detail today. Unfortunately I ran out of sunlight and had to stop after the clay but I plan on doing it again and waxing on a day that I have more time.

Anyways. I used Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner and Meguiar's Smooth Surface Clay Kit and the reflection of the moon is amazing. Cant imagine how much better its going to look with the wax.

And I still look forward to going to a Thursday night session soon! Do you go to those personally?
