Widest tires for Stock SRT rims
Sorry for the late reply, yes stuck with the original size on the front.
Concerning the ride going from 35 series to 30, it is the aspect ratio. Going to the 285 width actually gives almost the identical height (diameter) of the original 255X35 (off by less than .5 mph at 60) so ride is not affected unless the tire construction is.

Excellent thread!!!!!
So... we can run the 285's in 35 or 30 (19")? I know the 285/30's would be closest to factory specs from reading here. What's the difference in how the 35 fits and speedometer reads? I've been looking around in these sizes and it seems there are more options and less expensive in the 35 aspect, but I don't want the tire to look bad, rub, or bump at all in my wife's car so I wouldn't mind paying more for the 30, if needed.
Thanks guys!

i have been running GY f1 gs-3's in 285/35/19 for over a year now no problems at all and the tires look great under the car , the only prob with the gs-3's is the price and tire wear seams to suck , great tires though
