I think I know what clunk sound you guys are referring to, I heard it today when backing up. I guess I'm gonna have to do this after all. Great first project.

I noticed while doing some back-road cruisin' this weekend that my steering felt...really easy I guess is the way to describe it? Very little resistance to turning. Is this a fair guess as to what to do about it?

don't know for sure Max...mine would follow the rutted out road, put new stabilizer on just before the dragon, car track straight down the road...drove like a new car...

Hi All,
Just want to let people know I have a problem with "Joe TLC" and they won't communicate with me. I ordered a stabilizer and didn't get it. On the search page for JT Outfitters ( same people) @ bottom is link to a customer who has a similar problem buying thru EBay. Just a heads up!! Way too many scams!

I just installed my new stabilizer yesterday. Havent driven it yet because somebody took the front bumper off my car and disconnected the HE. I wish people would leave my car alone!

Oh, GREAT! That's who I just ordered from. Direct from their website, but I got an "Order Confirmation" email.

Christ, I hate that! I'll call them tomorrow.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks.

I got mine from JT Outfitters. But I have been sitting on it since Sept 1. I ordered it on 8/26 and it shipped to me on 8/27.

Thanks, Mike.

I just checked my order on-line and it says "Shipped" with a USPS Priority Mail tracking number.

At least it LOOKS like it's on the way.

Any more/better descriptions on how to remove the pillar cover? From the weatherstripping side first? Top first? Anything for a pal?

Thanks in advance!

This is what a forum should be like. Just folks helping and no whining.

When I ordered mine I was emailed a tracking number the next day but a week later it still showed that it hasn't left their warehouse. After several emails to them with no reply and numerous phone calls that went like " I'll check on it and call you after lunch" I FINALLY got a hold of someone that told me they were on backorder. I got it three weeks after I ordered it.

I am not mad about the wait it's that these guys have **** poor communication. I wouldn't buy from them again.

When did this happen? I can't seem to figure that out in your posts.

Thanks, I'm stupid and lazy. But honest!

I just ordered mine tonight.
I have 38000 miles on my 04 Coupe so I'm sure I need a new one.
Looking forward to a more stable steering on those roads with the ruts in the lanes especially.

Thanks for this thread.

Admit it. You're just ready to show those SRT6s "How it's Done" next spring.

Hey Gary if you need help with switching it out lemme know, I can come by and help you out or do it for you if you'd like. It was a snap job and fun to do as a first mod for my car!
