Great job FP !!!
Have you trimmed the rear bump- stops by 20mm as required or do you think it's not useful ??

I paid to have mine done by a MB mechanic. So I don't know if it's difficult, but I know he did.

There are several member who did their own, maybe they can comment.

my car had one of the first eibach sets on it (m/b slk s320) in late '04. it is slammed/very low by comparison of today's available eibach pro-kit set.
i truly think eibach revised the kit and raised the lowering height. my car dropped at least 2 inches.

here are my ride height measurements: (note yard stick is from the ground up).

(rear):

i am very happy with the changes. i also added koni adjustable shocks to complete the suspension. however the shocks are not required...i just like a crisp rebound.

i purchased my eibach pro-kit suspension thru the: tirerack.com.

hope this helps!

Just another question :

Is one of you aware of those springs that lower your car 1.75 or around :

I put my lowering springs on last week! The car looks good! Nevertheless, I did not see any rear bump stoppers on the back!

As far as spacers go.... Is this the best way to go...12mm in the back and 10mm in the front?

I think so. That's what Andrew had on his. As do most of us that have spacers.

Ok here's a question - have any of you that have lowered your cars had the alignment adjusted afterwards? I'm trying to figure out what all is involved in doing this. Sean know how to do springs, he's done enough of them in our garage but it seems that whenever he does them the cars are out of alignment and they have to be aligned including his RSX. I am also reading here and Tony you backed this up that there is no noticeable change in the ride. Yes I am considering it but I want to know what I'm getting into first. As for the spacer issue the wheels I run are supposed to be the same offset as the stock wheels so I guess I would have to do the spacers as well.
Thanks - Pat
