Default new rims.. 20" curious about fitment

Does anyone know if these rims will work without much rubbing, heres the description and then the link to the auction. Rear wheel size is 20x11 (31offset) 4.5 inch lip. Front wheel size is 20x9 (25-offset) 2.5 inch lip

IMO no. Front is too wide as are the rears. Rears might work with spacers but id just say find another set.
