Default HELP!? A New Squeak...ugh. Any ideas?

So i've tracked down a squeak that's annoying the crud outta me. It's been around since I had the car and has only gotten worse with time...

It's something in the right rear, sounds almost like a "you need new brake pads" squeak... but the car only has 8k on it. Here's the part that trips me up, the squeak is audible at speeds below about 20 mph, but, if i touch the brake pedal lightly, and i mean LIGHTLY, (so light it doesn't even slow the car), the noise goes 100% away.

Really discouraging to pull up to a parking spot with a "nice car" and its squeaking the whole way.

Sounds like the pads and rotors may need to have some brake dust cleaned off. I wouldn't think it is a wear indicator warning when you only have 8K or so on the car.
