Best All-Seasons?
Re: Best All-Seasons?
For what it's worth I just put some All Season Yakohama Advan S4's front and back. They are the Ulta High Performance All Season. I have about 3500 miles on them now and not a complaint.
They are suppose to be year-around traction. I'm in Alabama..and if it snows here...I"M MOVING !!
I have yet to experience any type of hydroplaning, very little tread pattern noise (think all tires have some to some extent).
What I liked about them was the UTQG of 400 (ware factor). They are a "W' rated tire. 5 yr free replacement against workmanship/materials.
What I liked even more... was the responsive handling and wet breaking traction. Sporty tire with good road manners.

Re: Best All-Seasons?
Been riding on a new set of michelin pilot sports A/S Plus tires 275/35's in the rear and 235/40's for the fronts.Great ride , quiet , grippy and they look great. And guess what? shining up the crossfire recently i noticed that they are made in the good old U.S.A....Embossed right on the sidewall...Who Knew?
