Hello,

New to the forum and to owning a Crossfire. The 2005 Convertable I have only has the jack, lug wrench, and a outdated bottle of TIREFIT (looks like Slime) but no compressor. On the right side of the trunk (under the carpet) is a rectangle hole about 4"x 10.5" x 5.75" what goes in there? I have looked on the forum for under carpet trunk photos but did not find any. Does anyone have a compressor for sale?

They( compressors ) are on Ebay all the time might do a search there ...

 

Some folks have a First Aid kit in the trunk.

Required in Europe I believe.

 

I'd tell the dealer he owes you a compressor. I use mine all the time to pump up my bike tires, works great. I'd also suggest you get a plug kit and keep it in the compartment as well. Welcome to the Forum!

 

+1 on the tire plug kit, I also have a small fire extinguisher, it wouldn't put out much of a fire, but the thought is there and that counts for something.
In the empty hole you can also put three cans of beer on ice, or cups of coffee as its the best cup holder on the car with suitable spacers, inconvenient but so is the standard cupholder.

 

my .40 Glock is in there sometimes....where they told you to put the plug kit is where I keep my AAA card, lol....

 

A bottle of Yukon Jack will fit there perfectly.

That way, not having a spare tire issh nooooah proplin'

i was wondering the same thing, i put sum jumper cables in there, never know when you will need them.

I've got one, been married to her for forty years, one problem though, she will not go into the trunk.
