I have a '07 base coupe and I was wondering, did the base models came with the wear sensors for the brake pads like the limited and srt models?

Also, I'm looking at these from tirerack, and I was wondering what your opinions are of them? Akebono Euro Ceramic Pads

Has anyone used them? I'm looking for a good pad for the street/autox that's as good, if not better than the OE pad. I'm also not looking to break the bank.
