Default Shock Options for Lowered Xfires

I am looking to replace the stock shocks on my SRT6. It has been lowered and I am getting alot of noise from the rear shocks. I know the very versatile KONI's are one option but too much and too expensive for my tastes. I had heard about using Bilsteins for an AUDI model but can't remember what it was, A6 or something. I want a sport shock, so not looking to go OEM, just doing a quick search comes up with squat for the xfire. Let's make this an informative thread and possibly stick it to the wall. Cheers

www.tirerack.com has some options for our cars... I'm actually going to try the Bilstein HD (same as sport, based on the way it's been described to me).

You may give the guys at TR a shout and see what they say... might even be able to use the SLK Bilstein sports. That's a shorter shock than our OEM.

I looked and Bilstein has a new Sport shock for the SLK, and same price as the HD .

I'm pretty sure I read on MB-World that they're the same shock... MIGHT even be same P/N, hehe. Gee, haven't we run into that one before?
