Help Please Car veers to right
I noticed when I put on my brakes that my 2007 roadster veers to the right occasionally. Could it be the calipars or that I need new brakes. I have 13K on the car. According the chrysler dealership I do need rear brakes and rotors. Could this also be causing the problem.
Thanks for any info that you could provide.

Never rule out tires. Time and time again it is tires. Steering stabilizer could help as well.
At 13K, I can't see it being a brake problem unless something unusual is happening.

Pulling to the right, can be several different things. Brake rotors, bad or worn out pad, low tire pressure, and last but not least, the steering stabilizer. There are suspension parts as well, that would allow the car to pull right. Steering stabilizers or steering dampners, are usually bad. Look under the car and see if the cylinder is leaking. If the stabilizer is bad, it will let the car wonder, or pull along with the off camber road surface.

The rear brakes are the last to require replacement unless you have a sticky caliper and they are on slightly all the time.
Have you had the front done? I doubt it as you have not done too many miles.
These cars seem affected by the hollows in the road at junctions more than others.
Dealers can always find something that needs fixing, make sure you know why something is being replaced by seeing it and having it explained to you. Ask to see the old parts before paying and specify this on the work sheet before you sign it and make sure they are from your car. Dealers don't rob people I know ... but still.
Mine will do the same thing. 16K miles. Tires good. Front alignment just done and rectified a toe in problem on both drivers side wheels. Improved handling characteristics with proper alignment.
OK, this is what I have noticed. After about 8-10 miles or so I no longer detect the random pulling. I say random, because sometimes it is to the left, then could be to the right and sometimes nothing. To me it seems like the brakes need to warm up a bit to be at optimum performance.
Take your CF to a mercedes savvy repair shop and stay away from dealers unless the work is to be covered under warranty. Just my opinion.
I would doubt, very much, there is anything wrong with your CF. As previously mentioned, it is very doubtful the rear brakes are causing this issue, but it wouldn't hurt to get things checked out as I did.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately in New England Mercedes repair shops will not work on the crossfire. Hopefully I can find a good repair shop nearby.
My car pulls very slightly to the left.
Brand new tires, steering stab replaced, alignment.
At the alignment shop the guy told me it was because my tires are directional and that the front left tire is pulling the car. Something about how they were put on or some crap. Too minor for me to mess with though.
But if you have directional tires it could be that

My '05 does the same thing especially at a particular intersection. The road surface is lumpy with smooth valleys that are in line with the direction of travel. I notice it usually occurs when I first start driving for the day. Never had the car pull on smooth pavement. My EXCELLENT mechanic said he believes it to be the road surface and perhaps the need for the tires to warm up. CU @ the Dragon!
I've noticed that these 35/40 tires seem to be touchy when low on air pressure, as little as 2 to 4 PSI and I'm aware of some squiggley movments and slight wandering. A quick shot of air and all is well once again.
