Big brake upgrade info:
This information was taken from a few of LantanaTx's posts.
In an attempt to help the next guy looking to do a brake upgrade, I decided to consolidate what I'd found on the subject to date. Unfortunately, the Brembo catalog link is no longer working and I can't find a similar catalog on their website. As a result, I compiled a list of the calipers that are supposed to fit the Crossfire.
Hopefully someone will find this information useful.

The caliper should also resemble this one:
Furthermore, the SRT6 guys may need hub centric 5mm spacers (and longer lug bolts) so that the SRT6 wheels clear the calipers.
One last thing, if you get the calipers that require washers, you'll need longer bolts to mount the calipers.
If you have questions, please direct them to the expert, which I certainly am not. I just felt the urge to consolidate information.

Re: Big brake upgrade info:
I passed on the setup yesterday. I'm on the fence on whether I'm going to upgrade them at all. If I do anything at all, I'll likely just get the calipers that are compatible with the 330mm rotors.
The more I looked into the upgrade the more I started to think it just wasn't worth the aggravation or money.
1 - With stock SRT6 wheels I'd need to spend $100 on front spacers and lug bolts. I would think spacing out the fronts and not the rears would look strange, so I'd have to do the rears also. So just spacing the wheels out to clear the calipers would be over $200.
2 - If I go with calipers requiring the 345mm rotors, that's another $250 at least, and most likely $300, since my stockers wouldn't work.
3 - From my searching the web this week I've seen the calipers selling from $150 a pair for the ones compatible with the 330mm rotors, and $250 for the C32's that require the larger ones. Those are the lowest prices I've found for either.
4 - The brake pads would likely need to be changed on the used calipers, so depending on preference that's $100 or more.
I just don't know if the extra leverage of the 345mm as opposed to the 330's would be worth spending the money on the larger rotors. Maybe the 330's would do just fine with 4 piston calipers. I just don't know.
Anyway, most calipers I've seen would require cleaning at a minimum, and rebuilding would be the best bet. If I have the calipers off, I might as well upgrade to stainless lines and change out the fluid.
For me, the deal breaker is the wheel spacers. If I discover that the CL500 and S500 don't require spacers since they are closer to the hub, then I'll do the upgrade. That would save me the $200 on spacers and $250-$300 on 345mm rotors. But as it stands right now, I just can't justify the expense.

Re: Big brake upgrade info:
Corrections:
"Cool, I just saw the thread. A couple of corrections and things to think about:
The S and CL 500 caliper does require washers. four on each bolt. with four washers there is still lots of bolt threads. I never used longer bolts. Look at the back of your wheel and see if clearance increases as you go out further to the rim. I had very little clearan with my 330 set up but clearance increased when I went to 345. Any SLK stuff will bolt right on. even the R171 SLK55. I am using SLK55 rear rotors which are 330. I am using CL65 rear calipers but it took a custom bracket. Anything from a C, CLK or SLK will bolt right on with no need for washers. there is no reason to dislike the washers, especially when you can get the same caliper as the C32 for a lot less money."
