Default Will these fit?

I want to buy 18's for all around the xFire. I found these on eBay and I need you guys' expert opinion if they will work and if they are a good brand. I really appreciate your help.

Also - will it void my aftermarket warranty if I change them out to 18's?

Should fit no problem, someone else needs to confirm the offset, you will need hubcentric rings, the crossfire hub bore is 66.6 i believe. Also when buying rims 9 times out of 10 you will need different bolts in the rear to not tear up the brake

Thank you so much for your feedback. I want to do this, but I am so nervous. I love my XFire and hate the thought of doing something "wrong" to it, lol. Sounds girly I know, but hey, I am a girl!

Also do you have an Srt? if so I would go wider then 7.5 on the rear, even with a regular I might go wider.
Eidt
now that I think about it I have 8.5 and 9.5 on my car, the 8.5 to me holds a 235 tire perfect. So my assumption would be a 7.5 rim is only about a 205 tire which is really small on the crossfire, 225 is the smalled tire i would put on the front but its just opinion

Thanks again. I have an 05 Alabaster Roadster Limited Convertible. I am thinking changing to 18's may be more complex than I realized.

Ok - these are 18x8, 5x112, and 66.6 - BUT the offset is 45. Is that too high?

Find rims with a +35 offset will be the easy thing to do. Fronts would bolt on fine but the rears will need a 15mm spacer to push them out to where they should be. Done.

Unless you want spacer on the front too...

I see, so the fronts are 35 offset OEM and then I would only have to get spacers for the back if I went with 35. Makes sense. If I bought these rims then I would need 10mm spacer for the front and 15mm spacer for the rear?

Thanks!

Stock
front +35
rear +22

finding a rim the same as the stock front is easy and recommended by me.
rear is a little harder to find a +22... So... a +35 rim (same as fronts) then use a 15mm spacer on the rear wich makes it a +20 is common for these cars and works just fine.

Sorry, I cant help with the fitment question, but those RTX wheels would look SWEET on a white car!
EDIT: Good info Beaner. I plan on doing the same sometime soon, if I keep the car that long. lol

Thank you, everyone who has responded, I really and truly appreciate it. I asked the guy that has the RTX Allure rims (black and whites) and he said 45 is the only offset they carry on a 18x8. Bummer. I sure do like them and agree they would look pretty nice on my white car. Can't find any similar to those with a 35 offset, but I will keep looking. I even called a local place and asked $250 a rim for custom black and white paint - they've been sniffing too much paint, lol. If anyone comes across any, please let me know. Thanks again!

Well I decided to get the owners manual out for kicks and giggles, don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, lol. Anyway - page 159 says to put on 18's on the back (as in case of snow) to put the same size tires AND the same size wheels as in the front. So I can keep my Crossfire rims on front and buy two identical ones for the back and be all set up for 18's all the way around. WELL TOO STINKIN BAD, CUZ IT DOESN'T GIVE ME THOSE PRETTY BLACK AND WHITES I WANT, LOL.

I've been quoted $75-$100 per wheel for repaint... you might have better luck talking to a body shop versus a place that only does wheels..

just a question, why do you want 18s all around, especially stock 18s?

Thanks, Rayth, I will check into a body shop. Come to think of it - I had a body shop refinish my headlights for me. They were all yucky and now they look like new. The dealer wanted $125 and the body shop did it for $25.

When I bought the car I lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma - where we hardly ever had snow. If we did, it was light and it went as quick as it came. Now, I live in Wisconsin. I hear that it snows A LOT here and unfortunately my XFire is my daily driver. Plus the 19's are so friggin expensive and hardly any selection. I have had to replace them more times than I want to count - it seems I attract pot holes.

p.s. I don't want stocks, I was just quoting from the manual. I found some I love by RTX, but the offset is 45, which everyone is telling me I shouldn't go that high on the rear.

A good powdercoat shop will usually do two tone coating for less than $100 a wheel or solid color for around $40. Powdercoating is alot better than paint IMO...more durable. Good luck! If you were still in Oklahoma, I could help more, lol

Thanks, Gunner. I WISH I were still in Oklahoma.

I'll check into the powder-coating.

So are you a "displaced" Okie then? Come back if you want some 114 degree weather! LOL.

Powder coating can be done by liberally dusting with powder and place in the street for 30 Minutes right now..

I am originally from GA, but lived in OK for 5 years and loved it. I don't mind the heat I'd move back in a heart beat if I could - and have been giving it serious thought!

Are there any 18's that can go on the rear without spacers???????

I just can't find any I like more than those black and whites from RTX. What size spacers would I need for front and back if I bought those? And would they be safe?
