I'd guess an alignment may be in order as well after the ball joints. More $$$$
I'm sure the EGR valve could bo got a lot cheaper and you could fit it yourself.
The rest well is your call.
Good luck.
[/QUOTE]I'm glad you posted that pic alaxfire. Does anyone know if that black cap on the end of the short connects to anything or is it just a breather? I replaced the EGR valve a few years back (fairy easy) and could find that it had a place to connect.
Nope. To do the repairs yourself you would invest $50.000 in tooling and facility. I did. No body puts a tool or instrument on anything I own. Including me.
What we have here ....... Is a failure to communicate.
I think he is saying that nobody OTHER than himself touches HIM or his cars, but then I could be wrong.
I have never invested $50.000 in anything, so I probably am not qualified to judge.

yup to clarify I am the facilitator of the tooling. The $50.000 is the cost of my garage with hoist and tooling. I invested more than that in my Crossfires. 2nd Best investment I made to date. The best is my Sunbeam tiger. I paid $4000 for it. My wife knows my touch. This for forty years.

( Wish I had a lift, been looking at 'em. Did you get the two post or scissors one ) ?
Initially I installed a used four post alignment lift. replaced it with a two post. much better for working. The resale of the first one paid for the second one. $2000 profit. I made adapters to lift my motorcycles.
