Big Brake Upgrade
The 6 pots arrived today in Venice, FL where we're visiting family for the next week. The wife calls it a vacation.
Anyway, I was a little surprised at the size of the calipers, so I took a couple photos for reference. I think I'll hold off on painting until after I get them fitted on the car. Please pardon the beachwear.
Moreover, if the Brabus wheels don't fit with these, the wheels will be the ones that will be finding a new home.

Vacation is over and I've got my noodle-arms to work on mocking up the fronts. Click on the second image to see "the wheels on the bus go round and round".

After fitment, I pulled out the Ricer Paint. Will they become SRT or AMG Calipers????

Here's a couple photos of the calipers with the correct insignia:

I didn't need to. All I had to do was swap the brackets.

They are finally fully installed and working. I've got a small leak to figure out, but other than that everything went off without a hitch.

Awesome look grip, well done! Thanks for all the pictures in your link.
Any way you could shed some light on the all the details of what MB models and which combinations these all came from?

The calipers are from a clk55 (2005+).
The front rotors are from a C32 (since I wanted to go with 345mm instead of the super expensive 340mm SLK55 / CLK55 rotors. The rear rotors are from a SLK55 / CLK55 (330mm).
The rear rotors and calipers are a 100% bolt-on and go. Even the retainer screw that holds the rotor on lines up.
On the front rotors, the retainer screw didn't line up, so I had to use a lug bolt to keep the rotors in place until the caliper was installed. As for the caliper, I had to space it out 2.5mm (1 washer) to accommodate the extra 5mm in rotor diameter. I installed 1 washer per bolt between the removable mounting ear and the caliper itself.
Good luck.

Looks Awesome! I like the color choice, I was thinking of eventually color matching my caliper to the body color, SSB. Right now im still Silver with the AMG logo.
