so you can have plasti dip thats glossy. me and a co worker debated this the other day.he thought they all had to be like primer and dull

They have a clear coat to make it glossy.

How does a Plasti-dipped door handle wear? Do you have to be careful pulling on it, or is it ok with everyday use?

If you can get a solid coat all the way around it should hold well, the dip was originally for tool handles. Just make sure it connects all the way around with multiple coats and a well prepped surface.

So update on the rims i took a look at them today and there are some nicks one them, but the beauty is that i can just add another coat and it will look fine! I also did the window shroud(I think thats what you call it) and put it back in to quickly which caused it to get nicked but all in all it looks awesome to me!! It held up fine when i washed it with a soft bristled brush!
