Had my Crossfire about six weeks now and have had a lot of problems with my suspension. Replaced steering linkage because one of the inner ball joints was bad, replaced the steering damper, replaced both lower control arms and had a very experienced mechanic do an alignment. I'm wondering if he checked the spindle nuts for correct specs as I told him Express Oil Change was messing with them. Now on a level road it does track straight. When I get on the various streets, with there little imperfections, I find that I'm always having to correct and re-correct steering. Before doing all these repairs I had no issues with steering and tracking even with lower bushings flat worn out. Supposedly all the bushing are good and the rear castor and camber are correct. I've ordered new shocks for the front and back as I know they are worn. Does anyone know of something else that I should check? Tired of fighting with the steering wheel.
As you can see the lower control arm bushings were slap worn out but were giving me a great ride and didn't have the fight going on with the steering.
