Default Driver headlight cover, assembly '05 limited coupe

My driver side headlight cover is broken with a 1" hole in it. So we approach the rainy season in Florida, I need to find a solution. I need one of the following:

1. Driver Headlight cover

2. Driver Side headlight assembly

3. Both headlights after market, smoked with halos installed.

The headlight is a complete, sealed unit. You're looking at $400+ just about anywhere unless you find a deal.

Hey, Chuck, I am stuck until I solve my headlight problem. Are there any after market solutions? I really want to smoke the headlights anyway, but need to find the headlight first.

Until you can find a replacement, get a couple sets of Xpel ( $69.95 ) or Lamin-x ( $59.95 ) covers .
Get one clear set and one smoke set, put a clear and a smoke on the damaged one and just a smoke on the undamaged one.
Should hold for a year or 2 at least.

The post by ala_xfires suggestion MAY solve your problem temporarily BUT its Extremely unlikely it would pass ANY State Test ????
You MAY unfortunately HAVE to indulge in a replacement light unit New OR Used.

Thanks Terry. DANG ! I keep forgetting about those nasty inspections the more advanced states have.
Here in Alabama we are still in the stone age, you need a driver's license, tag receipt copy, proof of ownership and insurance to be legal.
80% of our drivers don't even have those.

Thanks all for your help. Luckily, Florida is still in the car inspection Stone Age, so where do I find these covers you speak of?

I hear they also don't require 4 tires on a car with 4 wheels. I heard you can (say) put one on left rear and one on right front (or visa-versa) and just adjust your body weight until it balances going down the road. How you keep from hitting the pavement going and stopping, I'll never kno... wait, there isn't pavement there is there? OK your good to go then George! LMAO
