Getting started, 2004 Limited
Getting started with my new (to me) Crossfire. Its going to be a slow but fun project. I will give you a rundown of the car.
Engine seems great, tranny strong, tight steering, body is straight. Needs cosmetic repairs such as scuffs on front bumper and back bumper. windshield trim need painted, console needs painted and it needs a headliner. It also needs the power seat relay fixed or replaced. Lots of busy work, Lol.
I'm just going to have fun with it. Updates to follow

Sounds like a fun project.
I picked up a super low mileage, needs nothing, SRT6 earlier this year; then I recently picked up a poorly maintained, pretty rough, 70k six speed that has me doing what you're starting. I went through the key problem and now have the steering column fix corrected and an new key assembly. My dash is still pretty much apart, the console is out, all the silver trim has been removed and I'm getting ready to touch up the graphite interior with a perfect match SEM 17233 DAIM/CHRYS AZ AGATE vinyl spray. At any rate, the car is coming along nice, it's amazing on what a little maintenance and clean up can do.

Welcome , I am new here and this has been a great place for information and research on our cars... By the way you Avatar reminds me of the old TV show Thunderbirds, that I loved watching as a kid... Oh and have fun.

Re: Getting started, 2004 Limited
I picked up a 2004 coupe with 6 speed manual and 7,143 miles and never driven on wet street or gravel road. It was a garage queen. I find it to much fun to leave in the garage. I put just over 300 miles on it and it is the most fun vehicle I ever drove. Are there any issues I should be aware of ? Love this little car so far.
