Default Xentec HID problem

Ok just installed the new slim ballast version of these lights 35w 5k and I'm not real happy.
They are very dim looking. The color is 5k and looks almost green not white or blue but green. My regular high beams can over power these easily.
Also they flicker/shutter not on and off but dance around while sitting still.
Any fix for this? Or ask for replacement?
What should I ask for? New Bulbs or New Ballast or whole new kit?

Well I returned the kit for a refund.
They were nice and gave me know problems.

Yeah I just got some of those 65w osram rallye bulbs to hold me over until I can figure out if I really want HIDs.
3five kit looks nice though.

I'll second the Morimotos. I started with Xentecs and realized they were a wreck waiting to happen--huge improvement with the Morimotos, especially with warm-up time.
