SKREEM ? Alarm module ? That would keep it from even cranking.

Going to need someone who knows how to troubleshoot that unless you can follow the tree in the FSM.

SKREEM symptoms are usually three "almost" starts then nothing, not even the "click".

How old is the battery?

Is there any corrosion on the connections at the battery?

Is the negative battery lead at the block good?

Do you have a voltmeter?

How old is the battery? We have had report after report of people having the battery "tested" saying it was good but after replacement all the weird electrical stuff disappear.

Do you have a voltmeter? There are two quick test that will prove the cables good.

What happens if you were to disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes then reconnected and try starting the car?

Three tests,
1) Check the voltage from battery post to battery post during the key in start. It's important you are from post-to post and not from cable connector to cable connector on the battery. This will tell you your voltage drop with the key in start.

2) If that checks okay the next test would be from the battery negative post to a good connection on the block during the key in start. This should be no greater than 0.2V. That will prove the battery ground cable is good to the block.

3) If that checks good then go from the battery positive post to the starter positive connection during the key in start. Same thing there, you should be less then 0.2V.

If these all pass then we need to look at other things like the RCM, starter , etc.

I have had that happen a few times. With mine, it would not even crank; seemed to be the crankshaft position sensor (don't know why it matters about the crank position) Anyway, with the car in park, get out and rock the whole thing forward and back a couple times. It's worked for me. After installing a new battery I could not get Tweety to even crank; did that and it cranks now but not getting fuel, so no start. I'm trying to figure that one out; it ran with old battery but not now. I think the relay is working.

The computer needs to know it's position to fire the plugs at the proper time. Engines are picky that way.
