Other than the fact my key fob is old and beaten up, I’ve not done anything with it. I did do a lot of work with garage door openers. Would they share the same spectrum? Just a thought. Lock and unlock is not affected by the RFID chip.. starting is.. a couple of people have actually managed to find the chip and get going again after noting "I dropped the fob and it came open"..
