Any veteran member here knows better. Reason #1 why my sigline warns about dealers.

but they cannot get me one. Called Chrylser and spoke to someone in their consumer department who called me today and basically told me he is unable or unwilling to help me as they no longer make or support the product. .
The car went out of production thirteen years ago, made by a merger that no longer exists; reason #2 my sigline warns about dealers.

Reason #3 to never take ANY car to a dealer - dealer service departments are no longer competent places to obtain vehicle service.

My issues now involve the back window falling out and whether there is an easy fix to this, and also the top not working. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Reglue the window in place. Many of us have done it. Most who did it, myself included, eventually replaced the top. But go ahead, give it a try.
I did mine FOUR TIMES before I finally gave up.

BAS in the UK makes NICE tops for around $750, delivered to the USA. Mine was replaced in a condo parking lot by forum members.
