My fault y'all after pulling the latch assembly and seeing the connectors i now see i was off on my diagrams. I did pull the integral microswitch and striker on a crossfire from a junkyard and put it in the current latch assembly and still nothing. Will keep y'all updated.

So far the top switch is no longer blinking, but is solid red and there's a beep when pressing the button.
