Just for the heck of it replace fuse #15 in the engine fuse box. You can also check to see if you're getting voltage on the center pin on the connector that goes to the duo valve.
Ok I'll give those two areas a try as well. Thinking of getting everything that needs attention fixed and selling this one. Just too much to keep up two XFires. Have new plugs, wires and coils to install as well.

MAY HAVE TO BE DONE ON MINE AS WELL. ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH RADIATOR FANS AND CLIMATE CONTROL HAPPENED AT SAME INSTANCE.
