Come on Pizzaguy and M60A3driver you gotta know!
(Replaced RCM, Fan Control Unit and checked all the fuses.). Climate Control Unit no fan power and buttons dead!
When you say checked the fuses, did you use an ohm meter, or do a visual inspection?
I replaced all of my fuses, because I had 3 random fuses break over a couple of moths time. Two of the three looked good, but when I checked them with a meter they were bad.
I decided to replace all of them, even the spares. The fuses are cheap, they are ATC type fuses.
@pizzaguy would know more about the schematics and wiring diagrams.
If you don't have a multi-meter, I would suggest getting one. This way you can check for voltage or resistance to find out what's working and what's not.
Example: You connect one lead to ground set the meter for Volts DC. Pull the fuses that you mentioned and check for voltage by using the probe to connect with the connection in the fuse box.
Write down any voltage found and where you found it. Then check it against the wiring diagram.
Then test the other side of the fuse box for resistance. First with the climate control set to off, you should have little or no resistance. Then switch the control on and see if it changes and you get resistance.
I guess that you've replaced the blower motor resistor as well? Also, when you turn the headlights on, does the climate unit light up, like if you were driving at night?
If it does, then you're getting power to the unit. If not, maybe the wiring harness got disconnected from the control unit.
