What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Popped the hood and my hood strut gave out while I was under it!!! I'll probably have a nasty bruise on my back tomorrow. The front of the hood hit me just below the shoulders.
So it wasn't "what did I do to my crossfire". It was "what your crossfire did to you". It'll be okay. I threw a towel at her in a fit of rage and pain. Ha!

I took my driver fender liner off to see how the side gills come out. I was interested in removing them, and turning it into a vent. But.... There is solid metal behind it, so that wouldn't make much of a vent LOL. I am honestly ready to sell this sh*t pile though. If my dad had taken care of it the way you guys do then I would not feel that way. Oh well. Have a good day guys.
I changed the oil, and while filling I spilled a little on the valve cover. I wiped it off and that left a clean spot. One thing led to another and now my engine bay is sparkling clean
well this morning was the big install of the 74 mm throttle body which went well then a wash job and a quick wax. next the eurochargedr tune and an exhaust system .....................Driving down to Miami next weekend.............
Finally installed a custom put together resonator and cherry bomb muffler setup on her. Now she sounds really deep and doesn't have drone inside the cabin because of that resonator. Great setup and a lot cheaper than going with a brand name cat/back system.
Looking good Wayne! . . . I'll bring mine right over . . .
Holey smokes is that a comprehensive install, even the cluster surround! It is not my cup of tea, but I do like how well it goes with the all grey interior, and since it is basically the entire interior accented, it looks almost factory.
For some reason your pictures came our mirrored, with the steering wheel on the wrong side, but the center stack is normal, odd picture fluke!
Was that a purchased kit, or more of a DIY thing?

Complete kit was shipped to UK from BDTrims in the US. $137 or £90
Funny that mirrored effect, the roads round here are also mirrored

All joking aside, nice kit.
And I love the differences in British English and culture compared to American English and culture. I've been to Great Britain many years ago and loved it there. It was an England/Wales/Scotland bus tour. That and every episode of Wheeler Dealers, Lovejoy, Monarch of the Glen, Hu$tle, Broadchurch... I feel like I could "blend".
I almost dropped a "binnacle" in the comment about the gauge cluster...
A while back I ask on he site for information for weather stripping under the doors and top of the rocker panel.......No help
So I went to my local chrysler Staeler and ordered Part # 5101332-AA AND 5101333-AA body seal to the tune of $38 apiece.I installed them this afternoon about an Hour job........

Nice, I just got in the silver carbon fiber kit, going to install next week.
Yesterday getting ready to come home, I shut my door and the side mirror fell out and hit the ground "WTF"
Atleast it did not break, luckily.
Got jb weld puddy cleaned and reinstalled mirror.

Sent $ for a pair of floor mats and installed lower billet grilles without using the original plastic ones, since I was missing one.

I got the Rescue Roadster all cleaned and polished . . . ready for the Florida West Coast Crossfire Group GTGs next weekend . . . I'm hoping to actually finish up the engine work on my SSB roadster and take that one but it's always good to have a back up plan . . .
