I would like to acknoledge an selfless act of kindness in an effort to make this forum a great place to hang out.

A few weeks ago I noticed I was missing a small access door for my fog light, I posted here on requiring this part off of one of the parting out threads!

Well I guess it was overlooked, however I received a private message from Green Ghost stating that he could make me one as he had access to the plastic. I was happy with the offer and had asked if I could pay, to which I was told that the offer was out there to help and not for personal gain.
Pooly would not even accept any payment for the postage to Canada and had asked if I couldjust try to pay it forward if I had the chance some day.

Well I will certainly try!!!

I would also say that I couldn't have agreed more with Max for starting such a fine Thread.

What a great group we have found, I look forward to seeing many of you again at the Fall Dragon, and hope to meet Green Ghost in person to thank him properly!

Thanks to all!

I was just thinking that a thank you here to all who have served and are currently serving would be appropriate here on this Memorial day weekend.
Franc, Ya beat me to it but I echo your thoughts as well.

Thanks to those members who have toasted my toes and kept me in line about my sarcasm (and spelling errors ) believe it or not I'm more mellow now and I could have been worse.

At the recent Dragon meet I had a few problems that came from losing a rib off the s belt. I want to thank Rob and Rudy for being my pit crew for the weekend. These two gave up their driving time to go get a new belt and repair my car on Saturday. Wish I had taken a photo of the two master crossfire guru's working under my hood. Although I have known both of them for some time and consider them good friends the really cool thing is they would have done the same thing if they didn't know me. They are great guys and just wired that way.

Thanks again Rob and Rudy. Made it home thru the twisties and been driving her since with no issues.

I also would like to thank Jim AMX and Steve 32 krazy for their help too. It realy demonstrates what a great group of people we have and why our GTG's are so much fun.

Thank you:

32 Crazy (Steve) for leading me to the Dragon and finding a Starbucks (saved my life!). And thanks for the apple pie!

LateModel (Chris) for the excellent paddle shifters! I am sure i would not have been as smoth and confident at the Dragon without them.

Rob (Needswings) for taking the time to give me some sound ideas on how to turn up the wick on my V8. Baseline dyno this week!

it's been six months that my late (only 42) wife passed away from ovarian cancer. she loved these cars as much as i do. this forum has been a place where i can unwind from a long, stressful day and either learn something new or get a guaranteed laugh in the joke section. thanks for being there everyone.
