Default Hard rain; water coming down from under dash

I had my windshield replaced on Thursday. Last night it rained very, very hard. I don't know if the installers didn't put something together properly, or if there is another problem that just arose coincidentally.
This morning, water started pouring out from under the passenger side dashboard area. The floor on that side ended up having about an inch of water on it.
Has anyone else had this problem? Was it something the installer's caused? I need to know before they come back on Monday.
Thanks.

Total screw-up. I hope they are insured, because the sound system Power Amp is behind the floor mat under the glove box.

I have heard of it being caused by leaves in the air handling systems plugging up the drain, but given this occured right after the glass work, I'd look at the glass work first.

Remove the plastic cowl cover and check for leaf debris and plugged drain holes.

One of the center drains and the right side drains were completely blocked. Thanks for your help.

If you park near trees this is very common. It is also a good idea to look behind the windshield washer bottle lying under the passenger side fender. I was in there looking at the WW bottle and there was a lot of leaves in there behind the bottle. When these build up and get moist you'll have a small compost heap attacking the steel. I cleaned mine out and applied some u/coating to the area.

It is awkward to get to but leaves and such that go through the drain just sit in there, they just drop into that area with no direct route out.
