oil, gas options?

I'm not sure about your part of the woods, but here 91 octane is "premium". It also says "premium" on the gas cover.

Most Chrysler and some M/B dealers down here in the South have switched over to Pennzoil Ultra Synth 5W-40 for OEM oil changes. I run longlife 5W-40 changing @ 10,000 mile intervals. SRT6 gets only 91 octane NON-Ethanol. Limited uses Shell Premium (w/ Nitrogen... ooooo)

Makes sense, 93 is common here at sea level but the octane requirement for na drops with altitude (less chamber pressure) think it is something like 1 octane number per 2000 ft.


That is why I take any octane numbers in a owner's manual with a grain of salt.
