Default Spoiler

When I start her up, the spoiler lifts. After driving about a few blocks, the spoiler goes back down and performs normally.
Anybody have this problem?
Any ideas?

Time to change your battery. Have your battery checked.

^^ Agree with Stephen.
I seriously doubt that the brilliant engineers at MB planned it this way, but the spoiler lifting itself at start is a sure flag that the battery has seen better days.
( One feature the NA has that the SRT6 does not )
