Does anyone know if a 2005 Crossfire body can be separated from the floorpan/drivetrain?
I am thinking of a body swap.

Not really, You have the sub frame in the rear ,4 bolts and the rear with suspension, and tires (just dirveshaft , fuel & brake lines need to be disconnected .
front is suspension will come off in peices . to answer your question NO
