Default Cheapest Parts Prices Thread

I think we need this here: A thread that rats out the lowest prices on commonly needed items.

Here is post #1: Best price on a Relay Module I've found. I bought one of these from them in December and paid $128. So, naturally, they lowered the price cause I already bought one. $116.68 as of today.

Then do what I did: Send your old one to DJ for rebuilding so you have a reliable spare.

its a good lookinghead gasket set that includes the head gasket for both heads, intake and exhaust gaskets, and I believe it comes with valve cover gaskets

Relay Module Relay Module
also available on Amazon (I get free shipping). I've found Standard Products (SPC) to have good parts and bought a spare.

Who wants to waste money on the cheapest part? What you want is the best price on a good reliable part from a well known maker.

Agree 100% just have have very good experiences with SPC parts and mostly buy through either Amazon or eBay with free shipping. Have had bad experiences with RA so only buy things I know will not be returned. Just my opinion.

ps at least in Florida it is best to have a business license so can buy wholesale.

fcpeuro.com. search under 2004 mercedes slk 320 or slk 32 amg. Good pricing, free and fast shipping, good customer service. With one exception carparts.com had the best deal I could find on an SRT water pump.

SPC Relay Control Module is the one in my Crossfire now. Original OEM module, repaired by tighed1, is my spare.

I find that Autohaus has very good pricing compared to FCPeuro. But FCPeuro does have a lifetime warranty on certain parts. I check both before buying.

Thanks. I will check them out before my next purchase. On another note is DJ still repairing rcm's? I lost his contact and have two I would like to have him go through. Always need spares. 🤓
